How long does it take to build a custom pool?

Most custom pool projects take approximately 10–16 weeks once construction begins. The exact timeline depends on the scope of the project, permitting, weather, material selections, and whether additional features like screen enclosures, outdoor kitchens, or extensive hardscaping are included.

We include a 2-year workmanship warranty on our construction. Pentair equipment includes a 3-year parts and labor warranty when properly registered. Structural warranties are provided through the shell manufacturer, and finish warranties are provided through the finish manufacturer. We review all warranty information with you before completion so you know exactly what is covered.

How often will I receive updates during construction?

Communication is one of the things we are known for. Throughout construction, we provide regular updates—typically at least once a week—so you always know what stage the project is in, what is coming next, and if there are any decisions needed from you.
